Seasoned Travel Advisors You Can Always Count On
I am Ralph Iantosca, I cater to the serious traveler, not the tourist. My 3 favorite ingredients when designing a trip are to be sure the trip is Authentic, Innovative and most of all Memorable.
I entered the travel industry in 1990 and have never found anything else more exciting. My career started with the International Travel academy in Vancouver, then with Horizon Air. From 1993-1998 worked for AAA Travel, 1998-2005 American Express Travel. I went independent in 2006. I have credentials from the Travel Institute; CTA (Certified Travel Associate; LS- Lifestyle Specialist; DS- Destination Specialist. Accolades I’ve won over the years, 2003, 2004 A-list by Travel and Leisure magazine for top agents in the Nation, D-Magazine top honeymoon specialist 2005. Virtuoso Member 2010 until today. World Traveler: I’ve been around the globe many times, multiple expeditions to Antarctica, African Safari Specialist for over twenty years, Gorilla Trekking Specialist (I have been many times) Galapagos specialist, and expedition specialist. Adventure lodges, trekking, Heli hiking and more. I am a certified Virtuoso Wanderlist advisor. (Management of your bucket list). Not only do I specialize in Active and Adventure travel, I also have knowledge in private jet expeditions, bespoke private guided itineraries worldwide and love to take my clients behind the scenes with insider access others would only dream of. I love to custom tailor itineraries, use a private airplane from place to place if the scenic drive is too long or not worth it. My portfolio consists of very luxurious Villas, Homes, small boutique hotels, large hotel suites, incredible destinations that are very difficult to get to. I have flown FIRST class and Business class on all the luxury-focused airlines; Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Qatar etc. I understand and set up private planeside meet and greet to skip lines with custom formalities, saving time and aggravation both arriving and departing internationally. I love train travel and have been on the Venice Simplon Orient Express, Royal Scotsman, Hiram Bingham and work very close with the luxury trains around the globe. I believe that traveling is a luxury, not a commodity. Travel is about new experiences, cultures, foods, scenery and so many more things. Travel is to be cherished and enjoyed with those you love. I believe travel is the only thing that will make you richer. In over 30 years I have never forgotten I work for my clients, not for my suppliers, my clients and their needs come first.
How I work: (Effective 05 May 2020) I chose to change the way I operate with a different business model from what a traditional travel agency would offer. Our clients are subscribed to an Annual Travel Subscription. Let’s set up an interview to see if my exclusive portfolio of destinations and products, services and terms is a fit for what you are looking for. Once you are subscribed, planning your vacation will include many extra services you might not find online or with a traditional transactional travel agent. I will assess your current and future ideas and travel goals. We will discuss all the inherent risks associated today with the trip. I also discuss all supplier requirements, financial terms, and review our booking process. Once you begin to travel, we will be sure you are always connected with emergency contacts, and be sure you have someone available to assist you throughout your vacation until you arrive back home. The Annual fee varies by your needs and includes a certain number of hours in our customized agreement. My theme is “One Size Fits One”. The Annual Travel subscription starts from only $3500 annually.

Before working in the travel industry, I spent two years working on the Rome campus of the University of Dallas – located about 10 miles southeast of Rome near the town of Castel Gandalfo. Living in Italy allowed me to be immersed in the culture and visit other Italian cities including Sienna, Florence, Assisi, Venice, and Bari. I loved being able to take advantage of travel throughout Europe including trips to England, Germany, Croatia, Greece and Poland.
Some of my favorite travel destinations that I’ve experienced include Peru, St. Barths, Scotland, France, and Malta, Botswana South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia.

I have been to all 7 continents and have the real experience you want.
Do you want to work with someone who “Heard” it’s great or “has a friend who just “? I have 30 years of hands on experience. My passion is tailoring exclusive private extensive itineraries for serious active travelers in search of new cultures to remote exotic destinations. Did someone say Africa? I am a Gorilla Trekking specialist, I can promise when I set up your Safari to see the magnificent Silverbacks in Volcanoes National Park, it will be unlike anything you have ever known. How about a life changing helicopter over Victoria Falls? Horseback riding from a Bush Home in Kenya is a big thrill, up close to Giraffe and Zebra.
Viewing the Glaciers in New Zealand, ride in a zodiac from an expedition ship and step ashore in Antarctica, or just play with sea lions in the Galapagos, look no further. I adore the cultures around the world. Some of my favorite are found in Peru, Bhutan, Thailand, India, South Africa, Kenya, Patagonia and more. Glamping and Luxury Lodges are also something I love.
I proudly serves as an “advisory board member” to Butterfield and Robinson. I have participated in B&R’s trips and here are 2 sample videos from my recent bespoke trips I lead to Sicily and Mallorca, 2 highly suggested destinations that offer active walking and hiking.
Expertise in the Ultra Luxury Cruise and Expedition cruise Market. Going on a cruise can be so much fun with friends and family. How about going a step further and having us tailor private shore excursions from ultra-luxury cruises? Our favorites are Crystal, Oceania, Regent, Seabourn, Seadream, Silversea. Our area of expertise with these cruise lines is with all of the bigger suites.
Africa, Former APTA Dallas Chapter President 2003-2008 (Assoc. for the Promotion of Tourism to Africa) Countries I have personally visited many times: Botswana, Kenya, Morocco, Mozambique, Rwanda, South Africa, Seychelles, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Ballooning, Horseback, Trekking Gorillas, Chimpanzees, Wine Country, National Parks, Capetown and more. I’ve been going to Africa since 2000. My relationships in Africa are incredible, take advantage of my personal experience and expertise in designing the perfect safari with knowledge of the best camps, lodges, knowing when and where to visit the best game, cultures and more.
Antarctica, life changing. An emotional connection I won't forget. I didn’t think I would love the destination as much as I did, I can’t wait to get back. The light, colors, mountains, glaciers, icebergs, waters, whales, wildlife, you must go! No one will ever be able to describe it, you must see it.
Asia, such an interesting continent. The cultures of Hong Kong, Myanmar, Thailand, India are of my favorite travels. I design an incredible program to see the palaces of India across Rajasthan. Still on my bucket list... Tiger Safari!
Australia, my trip down under was incredible. I know all the best luxury lodges from the outback, barrier reef, Tasmania, wine country, insider access and more. Want to climb the Sydney harbor bridge? My favorite experiences was the stargazing in the outback.
Europe Having Traveled so many countries, it’s easy to know what to see and do, when to visit, understand the different cultures, foods and more. I’ve been to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey. My favorite program was on board the Venice Simplon Orient Express train.
Latin America. I loved my travels to Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Costa Rica, Chile, Guatemala, Ecuador, Panama, Peru Venezuela. While there, I fell in love with the Galapagos islands. I am a Destination Specialist (DS). Galapagos is such an enlightening place. The islands are all different, and what I love most is the wildlife. Since the wildlife has never been threatened, you find yourself up-close enjoying many unique experiences. I have been with Lindblad and Silversea expedition there.
North America Montana & Alaska. Living and growing up in these amazing places gave me my passion for adventure and active travel. I love designing and selling unique trips to wonderful lodges in these places. Expedition cruising in Alaska is another favorite.
